Reidenberg on Internet jurisdiction

Technology and Internet Jurisdiction, 153 UNIV. OF PENN. L. REV. 1951 (2005)
The paper argues that the conventional wisdom about Internet technologies undermining national jurisdictional claims is wrong. The essay demonstrates that interactive technologies give multiple
states/nations greater authority to claim personal jurisdiction and apply local laws to remote Internet players. The essay shows that some of these same innovations also enable states to enforce their
decisions electronically and consequently bypass the problems of foreign recognition and enforcement of judgments.
